For Business Owners

If you own a business, it can be difficult to find time to go to the restroom much less manage your financial plan. Many business owners pour all of their resources into the business and avoid even getting started planning for their financial futures.

First generation business owners tend to be risk takers and workaholics. While the business may generate high revenue, many business owners are not aware of many strategies that can be put in place to develop long term wealth. I work with these first generation business owners to create those plans.

Multi-generation family businesses have a whole new set of challenges that I am well accustomed to. Whether it is creating a plan with your attorney to transfer the business to the next generation in the most tax efficient way or working to make sure the second generation has a solid understanding of financial planning and the processes in place, I have experience collaborating with other trusted advisors with multi-generational family businesses.
