Bristey joined us in 2022 as our Client Care Coordinator. Her previous position was with a local accounting firm for 7 years where she served on their leadership council. Bristey was destined to be a leader as the oldest of 5 girls, including two sets of twins! Bristey was born and raised in Greensboro. She and her twin spent a lot of their childhood with their grandparents “Nanna and Pawpaw.” Bristey claims her passion to help others is rooted in this time with her grandparents and seeing all they did to help those in need. Bristey has a passion to provide clients with answers and assist them in any way she can.
Family is the center of Bristey’s life. She and her husband Zach have two children (Laylah, 10, and Piper, 1) and live in Southern Greensboro. They enjoy summertime visits to Grasshopper’s games, the Outer Banks, where each year they mark off a lighthouse on their family bucket list. They also enjoy visiting their place at Lake Tillery and taking their boat out on the water. Dance parties are a staple in their household as Bristey’s passion for dancing has been inherited by both girls and many hours are spent at the dance studio! During down time Bristey also enjoys reading, her current series is the Beach House series by Mary Alice Monroe!
Community Involvement:
Bristey volunteers for each of her children’s schools. She is passionate about education and has volunteered for Guilford Education Alliance and continues to encourage families to participate in current studies with the DUCK Lab at UNCG.
Education:
Bristey is a UNCG Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While at UNCG, she enjoyed her time as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the DUCK Lab. Her degree has been a huge asset professionally and we believe it’s how she has adapted to our office culture so fast.
